70 million years ago in Korean Peninsula, Speckles, the youngest of a family of Tarbosaurs, went through difficult times to become the king of dinosaurs. However, Speckles is not safe from his lifetime enemy, One-eye, the Tyrannosaurus, and other cunning velociraptors.

On top of it, the earth faces a natural disaster which threatens Speckles family as well.
